Please be advised, Douglas County Development Services, currently housed in the Douglas County Courthouse, will be relocating to a new building located at: 4655 Timber Ridge Drive, Douglasville GA 30135.
Development Services includes the following departments: Building (Maintenance/Inspection), Engineering, Planning & Zoning, Code Enforcement, Occupational Tax, DOT and Environmental Health.
The relocation schedule is as follows:
July 16th – Current office location will be closed to the public at noon
July 17th – 21st – Office will be closed.
July 22nd – Open to the public at new location
The new location will be a cashless location. No cash payments will be accepted.
