The Douglas County Courthouse was filled with ghosts, goblins, ballerinas, superheroes, and laughter on Friday, October 29, 2021, as Douglas County employees continued, for the 15th year in a row, Trick or Treating in the Courthouse. The purpose of the event is to bring the community together and provide a safe place for children to have fun.
It was a free event and open to the public. The event was hosted by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners and County Administrator Sharon D. Subudan.
