Douglas County is now accepting applications for the 2026 Community Services Provider (CSP) Program. The Douglas County CSP Program provides funding to organizations that support the delivery of essential services and address unmet needs of Douglas County residents. Funding supports programs in Arts & Culture, Community Development, and Health & Human Services.
Applicants must demonstrate measurable outcomes that directly benefit Douglas County residents, have the administrative capacity to administer funds and oversee the program, and agree to all programmatic and financial reporting requirements. Eligible applicants include nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations serving Douglas County, faith-based organizations (funds must support non-religious projects benefiting all residents), and organizations in good standing with the Georgia Secretary of State.
The application period is January 26, 2026, through February 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
