Welcome to the Douglas Forward 2025 Strategic Plan. Here is where you can learn important information about the Douglas County Strategic Planning Initiative.  In 2020, Douglas County adopted Douglas Forward 2025  Five Year Strategic Plan. Based on the priorities identified by our citizens through an extensive public outreach campaign, Douglas Forward 2025 identified specific goals and targeted outcomes to achieve the County’s Mission and Vision.  Strategic Priorities, organized around our Core Values, became the framework to guide the County’s decision makers.
